About the Arabian Hills Estate project

Arabian Hills Estate is a new community in Abu Dhabi near Dubai, developed by ARA Real Estate Development LLC and CORE International Holding.

As of April 2024, land plots ranging in size from 12,000 sq. ft to 132,000 sq. ft are available for the construction of custom-designed homes.

According to the developers’ plan, by 2027, this area will become a "city within a city" with its own dedicated infrastructure and unique amenities. Community residents will have access to a sandy beach lagoon, a floating club, equestrian centre, a large pet-friendly park, children's playgrounds, pools and a scenic river along with other various resort facilities. Additionally, a 16.8-mile cycling track and an ice rink will be available within Arabian Hills Estate.

For those focused on fitness, a wellness centre, meditation pavilion, fitness centre and spa will be provided. The area will also host numerous sports facilities, including basketball, volleyball and tennis courts among others.
