About the project

Ansam is a residential complex by Aldar Properties in the western part of Yas Island. It consists of 12 buildings with a height of 6 to 8 floors, near the coast and Yas Links Abu Dhabi.

The project includes studios and apartments with 1–3 bedrooms with an area ranging from 549 sq. ft to 4,026 sq. ft. Residences have spacious living and dining areas, equipped kitchens, dressing rooms, and large balconies or terraces. Natural and safe materials were used in the decoration and finishing of the premises. Much attention was paid to the landscaping and design of the territory and the area around the complex, including a well-thought-out system of indoor and outdoor lighting. 

The developer is in compliance with the Pearl Rating System standards, which oversee construction and operation in order to ensure the utmost environmental care and provide the safest and most comfortable environment for the residents.

Burjeel Medical Centre can be reached in 5 minutes’ by car, while Amana Healthcare Medical and Rehabilitation Hospital is 15 minutes’ away.

Within a 10-minute drive, there are small, cosy parks such as West Yas Plaza, West Yas Waterfront Park and West Yas Central Park for residents to visit.
