About Maysan

Maysan is a new residential development located on Al Reem Island. The community will be made up of 6 distinct residential districts with spacious, organically designed homes. The residences will be surrounded by green parks. The development company of the neighbourhood is Modon.

Two clusters, Thoraya and Mayar, are launching within the first phase of Maysan. The estimated date of the handover — December 2027.
