About the project
Maryah Plaza is a residential complex, located in the prestigious area of Al Maryah Island, by the Taiwanese developer company — Farglory. The project includes four towers, however currently only one 37–storey building is completed.
The complex has spacious apartments with 1–2 bedrooms, and residences include combined living and dining rooms, enclosed kitchens, walk-in closets in the bedrooms, and laundry rooms. All apartments are complemented by large balconies, from where residents can enjoy the amazing views of the canal and the surrounding community.

The shopping centre can be reached within 5 minutes’ by car.

The bus station Hamouda Bin Ali Al Dhaheri St / Al Maryah St can also be found near the complex.
Saadiyat Island, with the sights of Louvre Abu Dhabi and Manarat Al-Saadiyat, is a 15-minute drive away, and Yas Island can be reached in 30 minutes. Abu Dhabi International Airport can be reached within a 30-minute drive.
