About the project

Al Maryah Vista is a new complex with elite residences in Abu Dhabi. The developer of the project is Webridge Properties, which is a subsidiary of the Reportage Group of Companies. The estimated completion date of Al Maryah Vista is Q1 2024. 

The total area of the community will be about 215,000 sq. ft, and the multi-storey complex will consist of two basements, three podium levels and 22 residential floors. The 93-meter-high tower will include 772 residences with stylish interior designs.

Real estate in the complex is presented by studios, 1–3 bedroom apartments, 3-bedroom duplexes, and penthouses. Living areas of apartments range from 351 sq. ft to 1,441 sq. ft, and duplexes from 1,290 sq. ft to 1,334 sq. ft. Property sizes of penthouses vary from 1,703 sq. ft to 3,266 sq. ft. You can also buy a retail store with spaces ranging from 941 sq. ft to 3,894 sq. ft.
