About the project
Etihad Towers is a mixed-use complex located on the well-known Corniche Road in Abu Dhabi. The development consists of five buildings that vary in height from 60 to 80 floors. The project was developed by ACC, and the architectural design was implemented by DBI Design, with construction starting in 2006 and completed in 2011.
Tower 1 includes the Conrad Abu Dhabi, which is a five-star resort hotel that has a height of 280 metres. Residents who live in the overall development can enjoy onsite restaurants and bars that serve different cuisines from all around the world.
Properties in the residential buildings offer a total of 885 residential units, including studios and 1–5 bedroom apartments, with apartments ranging in size from 722 sq. ft to 3,000 sq. ft. There are also serviced apartments with 1–3 bedrooms included within the development.
Tower 3 offers commercial real estate, including offices and meeting rooms, with units varying in size, and can accommodate up to 2,200 guests.
Key advantages
Signature services by massage therapists and beauticians is one of the many features of living in Etihad Towers. The complex offers various amenities and services for an active and wellness inspired lifestyle, including a spa, steam room and sauna, swimming pools and gyms.
There is an observation deck on the 74th floor in Tower 1, which offers a panoramic view of the emirate and the sea. There is also a large conference hall for events, as well as a banquet hall that covers an area of 21,000 sq. ft in the building. The podium-level also has a café, retail outlets, and an ATM.
Infrastructure
Residents can choose from a wide selection of nearby restaurants that serve Italian and Japanese cuisines, among many others. Nahaam and Rosewater offer various dining experiences, such as buffets and drinks by the pool, as well as in the lobby lounge. These restaurants both provide scenic views from the windows and terraces.
For groceries and household goods, residents of Etihad Towers can shop at the Stop & Pick Hypermarket, which can be reached within a 10-minute walk. For some retail therapy, you can visit Marina Mall, which takes less than a 10-minute drive to get to.
The closest medical institutions are Skin Deep Clinic and Novomed — Al Bateen, with both establishments just a 5-minute drive away.
Kindergartens nearby are presented by Redwood Montessori Nursery — Al Bateen and British Orchard Nursery — Al Bateen. For older children, there are The Russian School of Abu Dhabi and AlGhazali School. Travel time to all the above schools and nurseries takes about a 5-minute drive.
