About the project
The International Tower is a 26-storey commercial complex, which is located in the Al Ma'arid district of Abu Dhabi. The complex has been awarded an LEED Gold certification, which confirms its premium status. The project was developed by Aldar Properties and was handed over in 2012.
The tower covers a total area of 426,800 sq. ft, and properties within the building include Grade A offices suitable for both local and international companies. Units can come furnished or unfurnished, and office space is available to buy and rent. Offices range in size from 1,240 sq. ft. to 18,300 sq. ft.
There is a Starbucks located on the ground floor of the complex and additional cafes and shops are adjacent to the building for the convenience of all office workers.
