The International Tower by Aldar Properties

About the project

The International Tower is a 26-storey commercial complex, which is located in the Al Ma'arid district of Abu Dhabi. The complex has been awarded an LEED Gold certification, which confirms its premium status. The project was developed by Aldar Properties and was handed over in 2012.

The tower covers a total area of 426,800 sq. ft, and properties within the building include Grade A offices suitable for both local and international companies. Units can come furnished or unfurnished, and office space is available to buy and rent. Offices range in size from 1,240 sq. ft. to 18,300 sq. ft. 

There is a Starbucks located on the ground floor of the complex and additional cafes and shops are adjacent to the building for the convenience of all office workers.

The above-mentioned dining establishments can all be reached within 5–10 minutes’ by car.

The closest medical institutions are La Belle Medical Center, Care & Cure Hospital Rehabilitation and Mediclinic Airport Road, with travel time to these facilities taking less than a 10-minute drive.

The nearest parks comprise Al Zafranah Park which has lots of BBQ areas and Old Airport Park. Here employees can relax after a tiring day under the shades of trees. Travel time to both parks takes about a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk.

The International Tower is located in the community of Al Ma'arid, which is a part of the Al Rawdah area. The neighbouring districts also come with a well-developed infrastructure and include Zone 1 and Al Muzoun. The development is close to President Joko Widodo St and Al Khaleej Al Arabi St.

The tower is situated within 5–10 minutes’ by car from many of the capital's popular attractions and places of interest. These are presented by Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre with various annual conferences and events, as well as Al Qana with the largest aquarium in the Middle East. Another landmark is Eastern Mangrove National Park, which is a mangrove forest with 60 species of birds. Travel time to these destinations takes about a 15-minute drive from the International Tower.

The district offers good transport connections, as employees have easy access to Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan St and Al Khaleej Al Arabi St, and as a result, you can quickly travel to other parts of the emirate.
