About the project

Rawdhat is a residential and commercial community that has been implemented by the well-known construction company of Reem Investments. This area comprises mid-rise buildings with Middle Eastern architecture and contemporary interiors, and continues to be a developing part of Al Muntazah.

The gated neighbourhood offers a wide range of residential units that vary in size depending on the number of bedrooms. Real estate in Rawdhat is mainly represented by cosy studios and more generous 1–3-bedroom apartments that are suitable for families. Al Seef Village Shopping Centre can be reached within a 10-minute drive of the complex and offers many retail stores selling clothes, shoes, and accessories. Mushrif Mall is another shopping destination that includes a Lulu Hypermarket and is located within the same distance.

Families with children can take advantage of local schools and universities that are all located nearby, such as Rabdan Academy, Emirates Private School, American International School in Abu Dhabi, Lycée Louis Massignon, Al Reem School, Brighton College Abu Dhabi, Khalifa University — SAN Campus, and many others. The nearest early learning facilities include Kids Fantasy Nursery ADIB Branch, The Montessori Children's Garden, and Falcon British Nursery. 

For medical services, residents have access to nearby clinics, hospitals, and medical centres. These include, Mediclinic Airport Road, and Healthpoint, which are both situated within a 5-minute drive of the residences, as well as several nearby pharmacies, including Al Ain Pharmacy — Rowdhat and LIFE Pharmacy — Gardenia Building.

Rawdhat is located along Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed St, known as Old Airport Road, and is just opposite Al Bateen Executive Airport. The community boasts convenient transport accessibility and offers public buses and taxis that provide connections to other parts of the emirate. The nearests bus stops to the developing area are Al Sunbulah St / Soccer Academy and Al Muthhil St / The Dome.

One of the neighbouring areas includes Zayed Sports City, which is home to a world-class stadium and other sports facilities, such as an ice rink, basketball court, a bowling and tennis centre.

Khalifa Park is a huge green space located just a short drive from the community, and features the Abu Dhabi History Museum and Aquarium, a library, an open air theatre and fountains. 

One of the main attractions of Abu Dhabi is the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, which can be found just a 5-minute drive away from the development. The central part of the emirate can be reached in 20 minutes’ by car, for those who work in the business districts of the city, whilst beach lovers can head to the Corniche Beach. Another beach destination is Al Qurm Beach Resort, which is also located within a short drive of the Rawdhat community. 

Abu Dhabi International Airport can be reached within a 25-minute drive, as well as the renowned Yas Island, where residents can experience its countless exciting amusement parks.
