About the project
Al Saheel Towers is a gated residential complex located in the coastal area of Abu Dhabi, and consists of four identical 12-storey buildings that are united by a two-level podium. The buildings were designed to look like ships and feature blue glass facades that are complemented by white elements around the perimeters of each floor. The project is inspired by maritime, and adopts a nautical design style. The roof of the project is decorated with white canopies, which provide shade for a seating area, and balconies have glass railings, so residents can make the most of the views.
Properties include 1–3-bedroom apartments, with each unit, irrespective of the layout, having spacious rooms and clever configurations. One-bedroom apartments range in size from a very generous 800 sq. ft to 1,000 sq. ft and include built-in furniture and appliances, rectangular balconies, and two bathrooms.
Two-bedroom apartments range in size from 1,300 sq. ft to 1,700 sq. ft, and these types of units were built in a single laconic style, using natural materials and white monochrome colours. All of the units have ceramic flooring and bedrooms come with built-in closets. The bathroom and kitchen walls are decorated with ceramic tiles, and the living rooms feature balconies and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows.
Three-bedroom apartments range in size from 1,900 sq. ft. to 2,100 sq. ft, and are distinguished by a maid’s room, two balconies, and large windows that overlook the stunning coast and the community pool area.

Residents of Al Saheel Towers can take advantage of a lobby with a waiting area on the podium level, as well as concierge and reception services. The complex offers assigned underground parking, a grocery store, a gym, and a rooftop swimming pool.

Infrastructure
The complex is surrounded by waterfront cafes, coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants that serve cuisines from all around the world. Popular restaurants include Patron Meat House, Arabiyat Al Hara, Vertigo, and Sicilia Restaurant and cafe. McDonald’s is within walking distance, and Bint AlHarah is situated within the complex.
Due to its coastal location, the neighbourhood offers various outlets selling fresh fish and seafood, which is such a unique feature of the area, as you can’t get this anywhere else. For groceries and household goods, residents can shop at Grandiose, Spinneys, Viva supermarket, Shaheen Supermarket, and many others. There are several nearby shopping malls, such as Marina Mall, Al Wahda Mall and Khalidiyah Mall, which can all be reached within a 10-minute drive of the complex.
The community offers a well-developed social infrastructure that can be reached in less than 10 minutes’ by car. The nearest schools are American Community School of Abu Dhabi, Al Bateen School, Rawdat Al Hadaya School and Etihad school. For the little ones, there are Kipina Kids Nursery Bateen, My Nursery, Ichiban Nursery and Redwood Montessori Nursery — Al Bateen.
If residents of Al Saheel need medical services, they can visit Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, which is one of the best medical facilities in Abu Dhabi, and can be reached within a 15-minute drive. There is also AlHosn — Medical Center in Abu Dhabi located on the podium level of the complex.

Al Saheel Towers is located in the western part of Abu Dhabi, near the Corniche Promenade, with the Corniche Road providing easy access to other parts of the emirate. The area has a well-developed public transportation network, and the Al Yazwah St / Corniche St bus stop is located just opposite the towers.

Al Kasir, which is home to the renowned Marina Mall, Emirates Heritage Club Heritage Village, and other attractions, is located 10 minutes’ away by car, and it takes the same amount of time to get to the UAE Presidential Palace and the iconic Emirates Palace Marina.
Al Reem Island and the Cultural District on Saadiyat Island are about 20 minutes’ away from the development, whilst travel time to Abu Dhabi International Airport is 30 minutes’ away by car.
