About the project

Soho Square is a mixed-use urban complex by Bloom Holding, located in the centre of Saadiyat Island. The project consists of two 11-storey residential buildings connected by a common courtyard and commercial premises.

Soho Square comprises 304 premium residences, including studios, 1–3 bedroom apartments, penthouses and townhouses. The apartments range in size from 431 sq. ft to 2,077 sq. ft, while townhouses start from 1,658 sq. ft and penthouses from 2,185 sq. ft. The properties are finished in a calm colour scheme with the use of high-quality, eco-friendly materials. Most of the residences have spacious terraces.

Infrastructure

A variety of cafes, shops, as well as The Red Theater and The Art Gallery at NYU Abu Dhabi are concentrated around the student campus. 

For younger children, there is Bright Beginnings Nursery — Saadiyat Branch within walking distance of Soho Square.

Shopping can be done at Baqala Lotus, located next to the complex, while Saadiyat To Go Supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. The nearest medical centre, Tamara Polyclinics, is also within a short walk from Soho Square.

The Saadiyat Island neighbourhood boasts the best of what Abu Dhabi has to offer: world-class landmarks, ideal beaches, nature-preserve areas and entertainment centres.

The famous Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Мanarat Al Saadiyat gallery can be reached in 10 minutes’ by car. Zayed National Museum and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi will soon be constructed in the Cultural District of the island. Residents can visit Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, which is a 7-minute drive away. Magnificent Soul Beach and Saadiyat Beach are both about the same distance from the development. 

It will take 15 minutes’ by car to reach the centre of Abu Dhabi, and Jubail Mangrove Park Conservation Area is also located within the same amount of time. Abu Dhabi International Airport is 30 minutes’ away by car.

Economic attractiveness

Due to the concentration of world-class attractions and the excellent infrastructure of Saadiyat Island, purchasing real estate in Soho Square is a profitable investment. Investors can look forward to a further increase of its market price, or rent the property out. In the near future, the demand for real estate in Soho Square will only grow due to the upcoming world-class projects on Saadiyat Island. 

As of Q2 2021, the return on investment in Soho Square units ranges from 5 to 7.5% per annum, depending on the type and size of the residence.
