About the project

Azure is a high-rise building with a structure of 3B+G+M+29, developed by Masaood Developments. Properties in the project are presented by apartments with 1–2 bedrooms. The complex is located on Al Reem Island, in the area of Shams Abu Dhabi. 

In total, there are 339 residential units in Azure. The living areas of the residences range from 764 sq. ft to 1,389 sq. ft. The apartments have spacious terraces, panoramic windows and built-in wardrobes. The bathrooms are equipped with high-quality plumbing, while the kitchens are isolated and offer all the necessary appliances and furniture. Each residence provides a smart home system.

As for educational institutions, Hummingbird Nursery Abu Dhabi, Repton School — Rose Campus, Redwood Montessori Nursery — Shams Boutik and GEMS World Academy — Abu Dhabi are within walking distance or no more than 10 minutes’ away. Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi is also located on Al Reem Island, where the emphasis is on humanitarian disciplines. It will take about 10 minutes’ by car to get to the university. 

In the Shams area, there is Reem Central Park, children’s playgrounds, and jogging and cycling paths. For fans of football and other sports, Al Reem Island offers two stadiums with football fields — Koora Sports and Najmat Football. Travel time to the stadiums will take no more than 15 minutes’ by car.

Azure is located in the northern part of the Shams Abu Dhabi district, on Al Reem Island. From the project, you can quickly get to both the centre and other areas of Abu Dhabi. The mainland of the emirate can be reached in a 15-minute drive, while Abu Dhabi International Airport — in a 30-minute drive.

Travel time to Saadiyat Island takes 20 minutes’ by car.  Some iconic sights of the emirate can be found here — Louvre Abu Dhabi and Saadiyat Beach. Yas Island, with the famous Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, can be reached in a 30-minute drive.
