Oasis Residences is a complex that includes two small rise buildings on Al Reem Island, with each of the twin structures having a ground floor and seven residential storeys. The development of Oasis Residences was handed over in September 2019.

The residential complex features a mix of real estate, including 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as a limited number of 3-bedroom duplexes and sky villas across the top floors. Property sizes within the Oasis Residences range from a spacious 860 sq. ft to a very generous 5,000 sq. ft.
