About the project

Meera is a complex on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, which consists of two high-rise towers. The project was implemented by Aldar Properties, who is one of the largest developers of luxury residential projects and commercial real estate in the UAE.

The 26-storey buildings include 408 apartments with 1–3 bedrooms, with living areas varying from 678 sq. ft to 1,787 sq. ft. All units have balconies or terraces, and the apartments are presented in eight layouts, which all come with dressing rooms in the master bedrooms, and laundry rooms. Some three-bedroom residences are also complemented by staff rooms.  

The interior has been designed in light colours, and the apartments have fully-equipped kitchens and household appliances, built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms, and high-end plumbing fixtures in the bathrooms.

Key advantages

Residents of the Meera complex can use the underground parking, and make the most of the gym, the event area, and the lobby. There is also a swimming pool for adults, and a playground and a pool for children. Buildings are equipped with high-speed elevators so every resident can travel to their home in the quickest possible time.

Reem Hospital and Burjeel Day Surgery Center are within a 10-minute drive, and the closest educational institutions to the complex include Repton School — Rose Campus, Repton — Fry Campus, Redwood Montessori Nursery — Shams Butik, Redwood Montessori Nursery — Arc Tower and Sorbonne University.

Reem Mall and Shams Butik, both house shops, F&B establishments and entertainment venues, and can be reached within 5 minutes’ by car from the development. To buy groceries and everyday essentials, Meera residents can choose Almaya Mart, Lulu Express Fresh Market, Grandiose Supermarket and Carrefour Market, which are 5–10 minutes’ away.

Reem Central Park is where you can find basketball courts, a football field, tennis courts, a skate park and several restaurants, and is just a 5-minute walk away.
