About the project

Lulu Towers is a modern residential complex that consists of two buildings named Lulu Tower A and Lulu Tower B, and was developed by East & West International Group. Both towers have mirrored facades and are located in the Al Dana area, which is close to the centre of Abu Dhabi. 

Each tower has 18 residential floors offering a total of 72 real estate units. Buyers and tenants can choose from 2–4 bedroom apartments, with the total area of units varying from 969 sq. ft to 3,315 sq. ft, and all apartments come partially furnished. Kitchens are equipped with all the necessary appliances, bedrooms boast built-in wardrobes, and bathrooms offer high-quality sanitary ware. Apartments with 3–4 bedrooms are also provided with a separate maid’s room.

Birds paradise nursery is located within walking distance from the complex, while Noahs Ark Nursery Abu Dhabi, Blossom Nursery, Al Najda Branch and Busy Bees Nursery can be reached within less than a 10 minute drive. The nearest schools are Al Worood Academy Private School, Al Mashael National Private School, and GEMS Winchester School.

The residential complex of Lulu Towers is located in the Al Danah area of the Emirati capital, which is close to the busy Sultan Bin Zayed The First Street and Corniche Street. The bus stops Khalifa Bin Zayed St / Fatima Bint Mubarak St and Sultan Bin Zayed St / Capital Park are both just a 2-minute walk from the building, with several bus routes going through the area.

Travel time to Abu Dhabi International Airport will take about 30 minutes’ depending on the traffic.

The Al Danah area, where Lulu Towers are situated, is an ideal place for families with children. Here you can find a wide range of parks, educational institutions, cycling tracks, supermarkets and more. 

The complex is also the perfect option for professionals who don’t want to waste time on the road whilst travelling to their place of work, as Lulu Towers boasts good transport connectivity with several bus routes, which allows you to get to any corner of the emirate within a short period of time. There are also many commercial units and offices situated within the area. But what makes the development even more attractive to residents and prospective tenants is its close proximity to the capital's beaches.

It is worth noting that foreigners do not have the right to purchase real estate units in Lulu Towers, however, there are several worthy options to rent. As of Q2 2022 a three-bedroom apartment with a living area of 2,422 sq. ft will cost AED 125K (USD 34,000) per year, and the price of a four-bedroom unit with an area of 3,320 sq. ft is AED 160K (USD 44K) annually.
