AD One Tower by APG

About the project

AD One Tower is a 21-storey residential complex in Abu Dhabi, in the Capital Center district. The project was implemented by the development company APG.

The real estate in the complex is represented by apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, with living areas ranging from 646 sq. ft to 1,938 sq. ft. Units differ in terms of layouts, but all residences include spacious living rooms and kitchens, balconies and built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms. 

All kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer and a stove.

Key advantages

The AD One Tower offers an outdoor swimming pool, a children's pool, a gym and a treadmill. Residents also have access to a children's play area, a sauna, and a jacuzzi, as well as a small landscaped garden.

The residential complex provides round-the-clock video surveillance and security, and concierge services are also available for all residents to make the most of. 

The project has 4-levels of underground parking, and the first floor is dedicated to retail premises.

Infrastructure 

The infrastructure around AD One Tower includes plenty of retail stores. Within a 7-minute walk from the building, there is Zoom supermarket, and a little further away is the LuLu Xpress — Y Tower supermarket.

There are several restaurants and cafes within a 5–10 minute walk from the residential complex, including Sam's Box, Nuevo & Lounge 1, SLA Cafe, Starbucks, and many more.

You can drive to reputable educational institutions such as Redwood Montessori Nursery — Mushrif, Kids Academy Nursery Al Mushrif, The Montessori Children's Garden, American International School in Abu Dhabi, and Al Reem School in just 10 minutes’ by car.

Capital Center has a large medical centre called Zayed Military Hospital and the International Centre for Dental Excellence.

AD One Tower is located in the Capital Center, which is considered to be the centre of business and social life. The district includes hotels, residential, and commercial complexes, and is a place with a well-developed infrastructure and all the necessary amenities can be reached within walking distance.

The building is located next to Al Muntada Street and Al Zumurrud Street, and public transport runs through the area. There are bus stops within walking distance from the project. 

You can reach Zayed Sports City with football fields, tennis courts, an ice rink and a bowling centre within a 5-minute drive.

For walking and relaxing, you can visit Khalifa Park and Eastern Mangrove National Park, which are located 10-15 minutes’ away by car.

Abu Dhabi International Airport and Yas Island can be reached within 20 minutes’ by car.

AD One Tower is a complex with many facilities for adults and children. Accommodation here will be comfortable for families, couples and single professionals due to the favourable location and the abundance of social infrastructure. 

Capital Center is one of the most promising areas of Abu Dhabi. It is the centre of the business and social life of the capital, which is located near the main sights of Abu Dhabi. 

Property in AD One Tower is only available for foreign citizens to rent. The initial rental price for 1-bedroom apartments in the complex is AED 60K (USD 16K) per year, according to the data for Q3 2023.
