Once complete, the community will house about 370,000 residents who can enjoy quick access to schools, universities, healthcare centres, mosques, hotels, government agencies and a wide range of luxurious amenities

Mussafah is a mixed-use development that is located on the outskirts of the Emirati capital. In the 1970’s Mussafah was a small industrial area, but it has since been developed in the early 2000’s and has turned into a well-known economic zone with its own Mussafah Port which is used for trade.
