Al Bateen is a residential area located in Abu Dhabi, in the coastal area between Nareel Island and Al Karamah Island. The area has access to Sheikh Rashid Al Maktoum Road, which is one of the key highways of the emirate.

Hailed as the Maldives of the UAE, Nurai Island is a beautiful natural island, located northeast of Abu Dhabi city center, near the northernmost tip of Saadiyat Island. The AED 3B (USD 816.7M) project was launched back in 2008 by Zaya Company and has since become one of the most exclusive private communities in the region, thanks to an array of limited-edition beachfront estates and boutique amenities.

Hamdan Street, also known as Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Street, is one of the central streets of Abu Dhabi which is 4km in length. It’s also considered the oldest area of the Emirati capital, which is also known for its shopping centers and premium properties. Here one can find 4 and 5-star hotels including Novel Hotel City Center, Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana and Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi.

Yas is a magnificent island located in Abu Dhabi. The island's development began in 2006 with the aim of creating an integrated community for leisure, shopping and entertainment.

Formerly known as Abu Dhabi Capital District, Zayed City (Khalifa City C) is the new project that will be built between Mohammed Bin Zayed City and Abu Dhabi International Airport. It will be a key centrepiece in the Plan 2030. Featuring a fully integrated transport system, the area will be served by high-speed rail service, regional rail connections and the metro railway.
