About Nareel Island

Nareel Island (Coconut Island in English) is located in the Al Batin district, near the Al Qubeira district in Abu Dhabi. It is called so because of the large number of coconut palms on the island. A project to develop this area and turn an empty island into a real oasis and a paradise for tourists was developed back in 2007. It provides for the construction of an elite residential complex consisting of luxury villas, as well as several luxury hotels, a yacht club and a spa center.

Features

Aldar Company has signed an agreement to develop this island with National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels (NCTH). Now, the region is still in the process of development, plans include building of residences, as well as related facilities. The island considered one of the most promising regions for investment due to its favorable geographical location - it is only 10 minutes' drive from the city center, and at the same time, it is a separate and unique community.

Floor Plan

148 plots are available for purchase. They vary in their area as well as their proximity to the waterfront.

The first group contains plots with an area of 1000-1500 sq.m. (each one), they are located along the main Residential Avenue and are not waterfront.

The second group of plots (with an area of 1500-2000 sq.m.) are located on the second coastline, with partial sea view.

The third group of plots (with an area of 2000-3000 sq.m) has predominantly waterfront access with some exceptions.

The fourth group (3000-4000 sq.m each plot) is located directly near the seashore.

The last group (4000-5000 sq.m. each plot), consists of corner plots with access to water from several sides.

Master Plan

After construction, the plots will be supplemented with all the necessary infrastructure - roads, shops, schools and medical centers. Residential buildings are planned to be surrounded by an equipped park. The island residents will also have separate gyms for men and women, a skate park, cafes and restaurants, natural attractions and many other facilities. Residents will also have full access to the neighboring World Trade Center Mall (WTC), Yas Mall, Yas Island and Abu Dhabi International Airport, they can take full advantage of the amenities provided by them.

Nareel Island Abu Dhabi by Aldar is located in the top Western corner of Abu Dhabi Main Island.

The island is located next to Al Bateen and is accessible from Bainunah Street and close to numerous attractions in the capital.
