The villas of Al Fahid, across a diverse mix of Beach, Waterways and Park Villas, each offering their own design styles, are the true expression of what the community stands for.
Whether situated on the beach, overlooking the waterways or overlooking parks, every home is meticulously placed on well-proportioned, generous plots. Residents enjoy unrivalled beachfront vistas whilst retaining privacy.
Every villa features large cantilevered doors which open up to seamlessly connect the inside with the outside, making the most of the unique setting.

Al Fahid, also known as Jazeerat Fahid, is an island located between Yas Island and Jubail Island at the northern end of Abu Dhabi. The major thoroughfare Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Road (E12), cuts through the waterfront residential community and connects it with key areas of the emirate. There are several residential and commercial projects in the pipeline; once completed, Al Fahid will transform into a sustainable mixed-use community offering a luxurious lifestyle.
Al Fahid is an upcoming mixed-use community of the coastal emirate that will offer various luxurious properties and recreational facilities. The community will consist of five phases, from which Phase 1 will spread over an area of 21 million sq. m. Phase 1, called Al Marsa Villas, is further divided into two stages. The first stage includes the construction of 301 villas, while 652 apartments and 15 townhouses will be developed in the second stage.
Apart from residential properties, the community will be home to a marina with 85 berths and a range of F&B retail outlets. Al Fahid Property Development is the lead developer of the project who has awarded the project programme management contract to Faithful+Gould. While the Abu Dhabi-based contractor, Bright Accord General Contracting, has been awarded the nine-month reclamation package. The construction on the site already begins and handovers of Phase 1 are expected in Q3 2023.
