About the project

Al Saheel Towers is a gated residential complex located in the coastal area of Abu Dhabi. It consists of four identical 12-storey buildings that are united by a two-level podium. The buildings were designed to look like ships and feature blue glass facades that are complemented by white elements around the perimeters of each floor. The project was created using a maritime style. The roof is decorated with white canopies, which provide shade for a seating area, and balconies have glass railings.
Properties include one- to three-bedroom apartments. Each unit, irrespective of the layout, has spacious rooms and clever configurations. One-bedroom apartments range in size from 800 sq. ft to 1,000 sq. ft and include built-in furniture, rectangular balconies, and two bathrooms.
Two-bedroom apartments range in size from 1,300 sq. ft to 1,700 sq. ft and have three bathrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, and kitchens. Units were built using natural materials and white monochrome colours. All of the rooms have ceramic flooring and bedrooms with built-in closets. The bathroom and kitchen walls are decorated with ceramic tiles. Interiors have a single laconic style, and bedrooms and kitchens have small rectangular windows. Living rooms feature balconies and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows.
Three-bedroom apartments range in size from 1,900 sq. ft. to 2,100 sq. ft. A few key differences include staff accommodations, two balconies, and large windows that overlook the coast and pool area.
Al Saheel Towers provides round-the-clock security. There are services for cleaning and waste disposal. Residents can take advantage of a lobby with a waiting area on the podium level, as well as concierge and reception services. The complex offers assigned underground parking, a grocery store, a gym, and a rooftop swimming pool on the podium level.

The cost of real estate

The annual rental rate for a one-bedroom apartment starts at AED 65,000 (USD 18,000). Three-bedroom apartments are the most popular units and have an annual rental rate that starts at AED 130,000 (USD 35,000).



Al Saheel Towers is located on Al Rawabit Street in Al Khubeirah, a western part of Abu Dhabi near the Corniche Promenade. Corniche Road provides easy access to other parts of the city. The area has a well-developed public transportation network, and the St 6/ Corniche Street bus stop can be reached within a two-minute walk of the towers. The international airport is situated within a 25-minute drive.

For elementary schools, residents can go to Pearl, Al Muneera, which is located within a 15-minute drive of the apartments. For medical services, residents can go to Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, one of the best medical facilities in Abu Dhabi, which can be reached within a 15-minute drive.
