Named in honour of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, MBZ City is one of the major suburban residential developments in Abu Dhabi with a total area of 484.3 million sq.ft. The MBZ development is aimed at accommodating around 30,000 families. This area is located inland south of Abu Dhabi and is adjacent to Zayed City, Mussafah and Khalifa City, along with the Al Dhafra Air Base.
