Tala Tower is a 49-storey residential skyscraper with 375 units, including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments for sale with a variety of floor plans. The complex is the second of thirteen residential towers located in the Marina Square community on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. All construction work on the Tala Tower was completed in 2011, and the developer of the tower is one of Abu Dhabi's leading developers — Aldar Properties.

All apartments in Tala Tower have a number of features and advantages, including big floor-to-ceiling windows, modern furniture, built-in wardrobes, and a balcony overlooking Marina Square, Marina Bay and the Arabian Gulf. Location and infrastructure

The Marina Square community, where the Tala Tower complex is located, is connected to the mainland of the emirate by 2 bridges and the highways Hazza' Bin Zayed The First St and Al Matlaʹi St, which makes it easy to reach anywhere in Abu Dhabi. The central part of the emirate can be reached in just 15 minutes’ by car. Al Bateen Executive Regional Airport can be reached in 25 minutes’ and Abu Dhabi International Airport in 35 minutes.

Alternatively, if you don't have a car there is a Khor ʹAzeez St/Marina Square bus stop within a 5-minute walk of the development (route 71) and a Hazzaʹ Bin Zayed St/Marina Square stop within 10 minutes (routes 71, 63). Take routes 63, 67 or 71 to reach Repton School Abu Dhabi, Paris-Sorbonne University, Gateway Park, Boutik Mall Art Central, Abu Dhabi Global Market Square, Reem Hospital or Burjeel Hospital. All these locations take around 25 minutes’ to get to.
There is the Carrefour Market Paragon Bay supermarket, as well as ZOOM supermarket, a National International Holding bank branch, BinSina Pharmacy, Marwanito's Gym, Playhouse Nursery on Al Reem Island and Oriental Karate & Kobudo Club, all within close proximity to the tower.

In just a 5-minute walk you can visit restaurants such as Italian pizzeria 800PIZZA, Bshawarma restaurant which has a wide selection of traditional Middle Eastern dishes, and First Clique Marina Square Café & Restaurant which offers a wide variety of Italian, French, international and Middle Eastern dishes at a reasonable price.
A 20-minute walk is Al Fay Park, which is an eco-oasis on the island of Al Reem and the first urban park aimed at improving biodiversity in Abu Dhabi. Al Fay Park is a great place to relax with friends and family. There are badminton, table tennis and basketball courts, mini-golf areas, a skatepark and a climbing wall, running and biking paths, play areas for children, forest trails and lots more. There are also some 2,000 species of native fauna, including the gaff, the UAE's national tree located here.

The attraction of the island is the Al Aziz Mosque — one of the largest mosques in Abu Dhabi, located in the center and accommodating about 2,500 worshipers. As for the more popular destinations, such as Ferrari World, Yas Marina West Circuit, Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi or Yas Waterworld, these are at least half an hour away by car.
